Supplier: New to ChromaChecker
1. Send an Invitation letter to the new Supplier
Be sure to use the correct Organization name for the Supplier. This name will be proposed for the registration and once registration is complete can't be edited. Also, it is important to select an e-mail address that tightens with an account.
At this stage, the next few steps have to be done by the Supplier.
2. Click on the link in the Invitation Letter.
The Supplier has to complete the registration process by setting a password and confirming the organization name. Also, some important documents have to be accepted.
At this point active account enables login to ChromaChecker:

Collecting some information is critical to prepare the system for data collection.
Contact persons
For better communication and resolving potential issues, we ask you to point few employees, who will be responsible for various areas. To resolve a potential technical problem, especially with network and hardware configuration we ask for an IT manager. To make accountability setting HR Manager is very helpful. To define some decisions related to print Production we need a dedicated specialist.

Depending on the selection onboarding system can deliver more precise instructions on how to connect components to feed the system with measurement data efficiently.
Learn about possible scenarios, download software that will enable data capturing, watch videos, and read manuals. Before the questionary form is not completed there is no full database structure created and software cannot be tested - that is why it is important to complete this step.
Once the form is completed Parrent account would be informed that this stage is done.
