    Troubleshooting Myiro-1

    If you have a problem  start by checking your Myiro-1 with the original Konica Minolta software:

    Spectrophotometer Configuration Tool MY-CT1

    Be sure that you can connect using both USB and Wi-Fi connection, and check if the firmware is updated and the Wi-Fi setting is correct. Also, you may register Ambient Light Adapter.
