  • For extended support to help your company get your devices connected faster, we have an “onboarding support package” that includes four hours of personal guidance to help you get your devices connected efficiently
  • For more extensive help in connecting your printing devices to your ChromaChecker account, we recommend you work with one of our Authorized Channel partners who are knowledgeable on your equipment to help you get set up.
  • What if you want to benefit from ChromaChecker reports and its ability to adjust printers and bring them in line, but your organization doesn’t have a knowledgeable person on staff to organize this? ChromaChecker can help with support services to act as the Administrator of the system.
  • If you do not have color expertise within your organization to help create and implement G7 curves and ICC Profiles, then we recommend that you work with one of our authorized partners to be your “on-demand” color expert. This scenario has the Authorized partner host your ChromaChecker data and allows your managers to receive automated reports on how all the printers performed every week. Operators have access to the ChromaChecker client app called Capture to assess how any printer, measurement device, and light booth is performing at any time, without the need to manage them. If ICC Profiles or G7 Curves are required, the authorized partner can use your data to generate the required G7 Curves or IC Profiles for your environment.
  • Some solutions can benefit from an enhanced level of integration. For instance, any user running an Intellitrax measurement device can easily export the measurement data to an SVF file which CC Uploader can upload to the desired print track on the ChromaChecker cloud to assess how the press/operator is performing over time. If the customer wants to be able to iterate their plate curves based on the ITX data, they will need to configure a color bar with G7 gray finders built around the solids in every inking zone. This requires knowledge of how to configure new color bars with Intellitrax or hire a third party to remotely configure the G7 Calibration color bar. ChromaChecker has prebuilt G7 Calibrated color bars for most press manufacturers in multiple color combinations, but it is up to the customer to integrate this bar into their ITX system.
